Many human‑consumption, feed, and specialty‑commodity facilities require drivers to show proof of a hot‑water, high‑pressure washout before they’ll accept a load — especially after hauling fertilizer, potatoes, feed ingredients, or any product that can leave residue behind. Even small amounts of leftover material in a trailer can contaminate grain, reduce quality, or result in a rejected load at intake.
Blacktop Repair provides a self‑serve, hot‑water, high‑pressure washout designed for hopper trailers, live bottoms, grain trailers, and other ag haulers. Every washout includes a dated receipt you can take directly to the facility for compliance.
Yes. We provide a dated washout receipt with every service that you can present at facilities requiring proof of cleaning.
Our bay is designed for dry vans, reefer trailers, hopper bottoms, end dumps, belly dumps, belt/live bottoms, and flatbeds. We do not allow livestock trailers due to sanitation and containment regulations.
