NOTICE — USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By entering and using the washout facility operated by Blacktop Repair, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This facility is unattended and fully self-service. Use of the property, pressure washer, hose, wand, and any other equipment is at your own risk.

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that washing out your vehicle or trailer involves water, pressure equipment, electrical components, and slippery surfaces. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage that may occur while on the premises or while using the Company’s equipment.

2. Release of Liability

By using this facility, you release and hold harmless Blacktop Repair, LLC, its owners, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims for:

Personal injury or death

Damage to your vehicle, trailer, tools, or other property

Damage from malfunction, misuse, or condition of the Company’s equipment

Any other loss occurring while on the premises

3. Property Damage & Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage caused to Company property or equipment due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted instructions. You agree to reimburse Blacktop Repair, LLC for all related repair or replacement costs.

4. Trailer Clean-Out Requirement

All trailers must be emptied before entering the washout bay.

All trailers must be completely emptied before entering the washout bay.

All trucks must sweep out at the designated clean-out area before entering. A clearly marked sign is posted outside identifying this location.

If large amounts of material, debris, or waste are left behind in the bay, additional cleanup fees will be billed, as determined by Blacktop Repair, LLC.

5. Access & Door Responsibility

A door code will be provided after payment.

You must open the overhead door from inside the building.

After your washout, close all doors securely before leaving.

Failure to do so may result in weather-related or equipment damage—you’ll be billed for all associated costs.

6. No Supervision or Assistance

This facility is unattended. You are solely responsible for operating the equipment safely and following posted instructions. If unsure how to use anything, do not proceed.

7. Acknowledgment

By entering the property or using the washout bay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the waiver terms listed above.
